Contains nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs, milk, soya, preservative (sodium metabisulphite), sulphur dioxide and sulphites. All of our baked treats are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame, gluten and other dairy products are used. We also use products that are produced in factories that handle peanuts and nuts. For this reason we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens. E numbers are also present with some of our bakes, please check full ingredient and allergens page for more information. If you have an allergy to any of the above we would recommend not ordering our baked goods.

All products are suitable for vegetarians and contain no alcohol.

Storage

Store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.

Freezer

Freeze for up to 3 months (it tastes just as good as fresh) & defrost in the fridge for 6 hours. Consume within 1 day once defrosted.

We post Monday - Friday via Royal Mail.

Next Day Delivery - order by 12pm for same day dispatch - £4.95
For orders over £35.00 we offer free delivery.

Returns

All items are shipped via Royal Mail, the same day for orders placed by 12pm or the day prior to the date you have selected during checkout.

Whilst 98% of our deliveries are made on time, there are rare occasions the Royal Mail are unable to deliver which is out of our control.
We accept no liability for this and you will be given the next available delivery date.

For Monday delivery dates there are rare occasions you may receive the parcel earlier than expected on the weekend due to the Royal Mail systems at certain depots.

Please ensure that you check that your delivery address is correct on checkout and on your confirmation email. If you need us to change the delivery address we will do our best to ensure this is changed before your order is dispatched, however if your order has already left our premises you will need to contact Royal Mail.
We will not take accountability for incorrect delivery addresses and you will not receive a refund if it is delivered to the incorrect address you have provided.
